Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 3, with a starting basic pay of ₹21,700/-. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will receive various allowances and benefits as per the prevailing regulations.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Details

The PFT will consist of:

  • 1.6 km Run: To be completed within 7 minutes.
  • 20 Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): To assess lower body strength.
  • 10 Push-Ups: To evaluate upper body strength.

Candidates are advised to wear sports attire during the PFT.

Medical Standards

Candidates must meet the following medical standards:

  • Height: Minimum 157 cms. Height relaxation is applicable for candidates from certain regions as per the official notification.
  • Chest: Well-proportioned with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age.

Training
