AIC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of December 1, 2024. This means applicants should have been born between December 2, 1994, and December 1, 2003, inclusive.

Educational Qualifications for AIC Recruitment
- Generalist: Graduation or Post-graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Information Technology (IT): B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.Essential Skills (with supporting certification in at least one):
- Software Development: Proficiency in technologies such as Angular, J2EE, MySQL, PLSQL, Java Full Stack, Java Developer, Unix Shell, Android, Python & Django Developer, API development/integration (Java & Python), Android/React Native Mobile App Development, Front-end Development including UI/UX.
- Network Administration: Expertise in deep packet tracing, network troubleshooting, and tools like Nmap, Putty, Linux.
- System Administration: Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/OCI/Azure), server architecture, operating systems, database management, system management, and OS commands for Linux/SQL queries.
- Information Security: Understanding of ethical hacking, IT security threats and mechanisms, hacking, spoofing, etc.
- Actuarial: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, or Operations Research from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.Alternatively, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline with the same percentage criteria and credit for a minimum of 2 papers from the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), UK, as per the new curriculum.Note: For absorption as a Scale I Officer (Administrative Officer), Management Trainees must pass or be exempted from a minimum of 3 papers (in total) from IAI or IFoA before completing their Management Trainee period.
AIC Recruitment Application Process

Emoluments and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹60,000 per month during the Management Trainee period. Upon successful completion and absorption as Scale I officers (Administrative Officers), the basic pay will start at ₹50,925, with a pay scale of ₹50,925-2,500(14)-85,925-2,710(4)-96,765. Including allowances, the gross emoluments are approximately ₹90,000 per month, depending on the place of posting.
